Salsa Dancing
Partner Salsa & Rueda de Casino
Every other week we teach partner salsa, and we dance on 1. We rotate partners throughout the lesson, and you don't need to come with a partner to participate. Check our Calendar to see when we teach salsa.
Rueda de Casino is a group version of Cuban Salsa that is done in a circle and involves switching partners. One of the participants calls out the moves so that everyone is synchronized. We teach Rueda de Casino once a month.
Swing Dancing
East Coast/Lindy Hop & West Coast
We teach swing dancing every other week, focusing on East Coast Swing or Lindy Hop. Check our Calendar to see when we teach East Swing. We also include swing dancing in special events and it's part of our Wednesday night social dancing rotation.

Ballroom Dancing
Waltz, Samba, Tango, Cha-Cha, Polka, Rumba, Fox Trot, & Bachata
We play music for all types of ballroom dances during our Wednesday social dance rotation, and teach select styles for our 5th Wednesday wild card lessons. Baila U.P. instructor Michael Pollock often teaches these classes.
